Harvest to Home uses Earth box's patented water sensor technology. The sensor plugs into you everyday garden hose spigot which can be spliced so you may continue to use your garden hose. The water outlet is constantly on but the sensor will shut the water off once you box's reservoir is completely filled. This system allows optimal water to your vegetable & herb garden at all times. There is no over/under watering and no wasted water. This means you never have to worry about watering your vegetable & herb garden again!

If you do not have access to a water outlet you can still have your vegetable & herb garden. All you have to do is fill the 3 gallon reservoir in the box as needed. The over flow will let you know when the box is full. Some vegetables & herbs need more or less water than others. A full producing tomato plant can consume up to 1-2 gallons of water a day. Whereas a beginning herb box may be watered every 2-3 days.
