Harvest to Home Grown Cucumber, Chive and Goat Cheese Salad
Ingredients
1/2 H2H Bush Crop or Japanese or Armenian or Lemon cucumber, sliced
2 oz. goat cheese, crumbled chives
4 inches cut of H2H grown garlic chives
1 tbsp. top-quality olive oil
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Freshly ground sea salt and pepper
Directions
Prep time: 10 minutes
Divide cucumber slices, goat cheese and chives, H2H garlic chives equally between two plates. In a small bowl, whisk together oil and juice; season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour over salad and serve.
