Self-Watering Pots

Self-Watering Pots

Our Self-Watering & Self-Fertilizing pots provide great nutrition in a small space!

Where to place them?

The plants need sun; they will do best outside in a sunny location. They can also go on a sunny window sill with ventilation. The plants will need good air circulation or they will attract white flies and other bugs.

How and how often to water?

Fill the bottom reservior when needed and the pot will give the plant the perfect amount of water. Try to make sure the reservior always has water but the moisture in the soil can be enough for a few days if you are out of town.

How much food will I get?

This will depend on the plant, but nearly all plants will continue to produce after you pick them. Lettuce for example, grows quickly. Simply pick from the outside leaves and watch as the plant grows back. Do not harvest the entire head of lettuce, as this will kill the plant that wants to give you fresh crisp lettuce every week. Please visit the pages below to see how to care and harvest each specific plant.
