1 cup bulgur
3 tbsp. each: lime juice and olive oil
1/2 tsp. each: Simply Organic Chili Powder,
Salt and sugar
1/3 cup each: 4 inch cut and minced Harvest to Home red onion, H2H minced bell
1 diced avocado
1 handful H2H grown cilantro

Pour 1 2⁄3 cups boiling water over 1 cup bulgur (Natural Foods Dept. bulk bin #606); cover and let stand for 30 minutes. Stir in 3 tbsp. each: lime juice and olive oil and 1/2 tsp. each: Simply Organic Chili Powder, Cumin, Garlic Salt and sugar. Carefully stir in 1/3 cup each: minced H2H red onion, minced H2H bell pepper and 1 diced avocado. Season to taste with chopped H2H cilantro.
