4 large H2H heirloom tomatoes, cored
1 (8-oz.) ball Mozzarella Fresca Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
Snipped H2H basil

1/4 cup Da Vinci Olive Oil
1 1/2 tbsp. each: Barengo Balsamic Vinegar and lemon juice
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Freshly ground pepper to taste


Prep time: 10 minutes

Slice H2H tomatoes and cheese 1/4-inch thick and layer on a large platter. Whisk together all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and drizzle over salad. Top with H2H basil and serve.

Makes 8 to 10 servings.

Variation: May layer whole basil leaves in salad place of snipped fresh basil.

Wine Suggestion: Sauvignon Blanc
